Terms of Service

Welcome to SERP Checker ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SERP Checker. Please read them carefully.

SERP Checker provides search engine results page (SERP) analysis tools, including:

• Google SERP analysis
• Bing SERP analysis (coming soon)
• YouTube SERP analysis (coming soon)
• Keyword research and insights
• Ranking tracking
• SERP feature detection and analysis

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

No Account Required (Basic Use)

You can use our SERP checker without creating an account. However, anonymous use is subject to daily limits and verification requirements.

Account Creation (Optional)

If you choose to create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 13 years of age (16 in the EEA)

Free Searches

We provide a limited number of free searches per session (typically 3 within a 24-hour session window).

• The first 3 searches are available without verification
• From the 4th search onward, verification may be required
• Limits may change to protect service availability
• IP-based rate limiting may apply

Verification (CAPTCHA)

When required, we use Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA to verify that requests are made by a human and to prevent abuse. By completing the verification, you consent to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

You agree NOT to:

• Use our service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limiting, or verification (CAPTCHA)
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically access our service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or algorithms
• Overload our servers with excessive requests (DDoS attacks)
• Share, resell, or redistribute our data without explicit permission
• Use the service to violate the terms of search engines (Google, Bing, YouTube)
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with other users' access to the service
• Use the service to spam, harass, or abuse others

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute violations of these terms to the fullest extent of the law. We may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate these terms.

All content, features, and functionality of SERP Checker are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of any information you submit to our service. However, by submitting information, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it for the purpose of providing the Service.

Third-Party Data

SERP data is provided by third-party services (DataForSEO, Keywords Everywhere) and is subject to their respective terms of service. You agree not to violate their terms through your use of our Service.

We strive to maintain 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Error-free operation
• Accuracy of all SERP data
• Compatibility with all devices and browsers
• Timely correction of any errors

Maintenance

We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporarily suspend service without notice. We will attempt to provide advance notice when reasonably possible.

Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services.

Credit Packages

We offer various credit packages for purchase. Credits are used to perform SERP searches. Credit costs vary based on search depth:

• Depth 1-20 results: 1 credit per search
• Depth 21-100 results: 3 credits per search

Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to refund credits at our sole discretion in cases of service failure.

Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time. Any price change will apply to new purchases only, not to existing credits.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SERP Checker and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the service
• Third-party content or services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data
• Freedom from viruses or other harmful components
• Errors or bugs will be corrected

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SERP Checker and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit or transmit through the service

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the service at any time for:

• Violation of these terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Abusive behavior toward other users or our staff
• Technical or security issues

Enforcement may include temporary blocks based on session or IP address to protect service availability. We are not required to provide notice before suspending access.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved as follows:

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at info@serpchecking.com.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the updated terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending you an email (if you have an account)

Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will take effect 30 days after posting.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
